I’m wildly honoured and excited to have you all here however long you chose to journey with me.
The Energy For Life Academy Salon takes you to a place of self-awareness, your next step is self-actualization Awakened Woman Life Mastery and often this step can be the most challenging (as it's very easy once the support and accountability is gone, for us to slip back into old habits and patterns).
Now that you have a foundation (self-awareness), let's journey to the next level (self-actualization) together.
This is your time to truly commit, be brave and go deep.
It’s SUPER important that you carve out the time to prioritize this in your lives.
Make this program and all of the salons and your homeplay in the top three of your priorities.
What you put in is what you’ll get out.
I’m here with you every step of the way.
As you are getting settled in, here are some key things to know:
Salons released. In year one of your mentorshop journey you will receive a new salon every month which you will work with for 30 days. You’ll receive an email letting you know that this month’s salon is up and available for you to view. In year one we will work with 12 salons over the course of 12 months.
In year two of your mentorship we dive deeper and you'll receive a new salon every 60 days. In year two we will work with 6 salons over the course of 12 months.
In year three of your mentorship we dive even deeper and you'll receive a new salon every 90 days. So in year three we will work with 4 salons over the course of 12 months.
I suggest viewing the salon as soon as possible; either Thursday night, or Friday night or maybe Saturday morning in bed!
Then get on top of your homeplay.
Watching the videos is about 10% of what this course is about. The other 90% is you showing up and following through on the work.
Much of that work is your daily practice (the kriya and meditation which has been carefully selected to support you in integrating this module).
This is where your greatest breakthroughs will take place.

As part of your homeplay, in each salon we'll be diving deep into self-inquiry (this is a very important part of each salon)!
Fortnightly calls with me.
If anything comes up for you during your practices, bring your questions to me on each fortnight Wednesday's live Q+A call. This is your time to bring your burning questions to be illuminated: either questions that you've had for years, or those related directly to the homeplay of the month or challenges you’re experiencing in your day-to-day life.
